Each year EY welcomes a great many new, young workers who are often on the road as they travel to work. Because these employees regularly receive fines or are involved in accidents, EY decided to approach Vias institute. Together, it was decided to implement various programmes over two years to raise awareness among staff. What followed were information sessions about the dangers to safety on the road, with a detailed explanation about each topic through posters, totems, barrier signs, newsletters and more. Under the motto ‘EY cares’, we are attempting to achieve a change in behaviour while reducing the number of accidents.
