Are you suffering from an ailment which prevents you from driving safely on the roads without endangering yourself and other people? In that case, the multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists and road experts from the Centre for Driving Ability and Vehicle Adjustment (CARA) assesses the conditions and restrictions of your driving licence and advises you on the potential modifications of your vehicle.
Medical questionnaire
To register at CARA, your general practitioner or specialist medical practitioner and yourself must have previously filled out and sent back the medical questionnaire.
If you (also) wish to obtain a category 2 driving licence (Cat. C, D or B paid transport), you must also send us a letter of transfer from your work healthcare division.
