ADVERTS, which stands for Assessing Distraction of Vehicle drivers in Europe from Roadside Technology-based Signage, aims to provide a guideline for road authorities on how to minimise distraction from roadside advertising. Vias institute participated in this project.



Yesterday the core group for the ESRA2 project had a meeting in our buildings. 46 countries participated in this survey of road users 'attitudes. The results will be published later this year.



In 2014 Vias institute established an International Scientific Advisory Board (ISAB). ISAB’s main role is to advise the institute on its research strategy in the field of road safety.
